Once your booking has been confirmed, we ask that any changes to your tour (time, number of participants, etc.) be made up to one week prior to the tour date.

Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late at the Meeting Point to check in for your tour, our guides may prioritize guests with on-the-spot booking and your booking may be canceled.

Please let us know at the time of reservation if there is a person who needs special consideration during the guided tour, such as a wheelchair user.

●The Museum also has a few volunteers capable of guiding visitors in English. Please consult the Museum for availability.

●Guided tours may have to be canceled due to adverse conditions such as an approaching typhoon or an earthquake, or cessation of public transportations, which make it impossible for volunteers to provide guide services. In such cases, the Museum will inform the client of the cancellation as soon as possible. However, please kindly understand that the Museum may not be able to reach the client due to the communication disability.
