New Arrivals Exhibit (items donated in FY 2018)

In order to convey the reality of the disaster wrought by the atomic bombing, the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum have been collecting and preserving materials, including A-bomb artifacts donated by survivors and their bereaved families. In the last fiscal year (April 2018 – March 2019), we received 613 items from 70 donors and 132 pieces among them are currently on display.
