Collection Exhibition <currently held in the former Bank of Japan, Hiroshima Branch>

Since the FY 2015, The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum has held the Collection Exhibition on B1 of the former Bank of Japan, Hiroshima Branch and renewed its contents on July 28, 2017.

In this exhibition we display A-bomb Drawings showing the horrific scenes along the street in front of this building and newly collected photographs from the research conducted in the United States in 2016.

On August 6, 1945. What happened in this city? Please imagine the tragic scenes here, in this A-bombed building, the former Bank of Japan, Hiroshima Branch.
