On a house 3,700 meters west of the hypocenter, the blast opened a gap between the roof and the wall. The black rain entered the house through the gap, leaving these black streaks on the white plaster wall. Analysis of the streaks found small amounts of radioactive fallout from the A-bomb explosion.
