The Museum would be extremely grateful for any donations of A-bomb artifacts or other items related to the A-bomb.
The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum strives to collect A-bomb artifacts that victims or their families may be preserving, so that we can convey to future generations the reality of the atomic bombings by utilizing those valuable artifacts.
Also, the Hiroshima National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims is collecting names and portraits (photos) of the deceased A-bomb victims and records of their experiences. The contribution will be available to the public and the voices of their souls will serve to convey the reality of the A-bombings and to emphasize the importance of peace.
